|
A two-channel video by artist Danielle Roney in collaboration with 3d animator Jeff Conefry. Actors Penny Aviles and Paul Gyori depict a moment choice - to stay or leave - where the hybrid self is "in between" place. Simultaneous futures and shared spaces coexist between virtual and physical realities. Roney utilizes mechanisms of magical realism, referencing Borges' "Garden of Forking Paths" and "The Aleph". |
